Faffinabout began at USC in February 2015, where we started working on From Light, our first game which was originally a student project. After being accepted into the PAX 10 in 2015 with that version of From Light and receiving an overwhelmingly positive response there, we decided to continue working on it. We went back to the drawing board, refined the controls, and created an immersive world around it.
As we started working on the more robust version, we applied to be in the capstone class at USC, where we made our demo and developed the look and feel for the final version. After graduating we wanted to continue pursuing From Light as a business, so we incorporated as Faffinabout and began working full time!
