Who is responsible

Will Hawkes is the controller for personal data on this site. Write to will@hawkesmail.com.

What we hold

Your name, email, and how you signed in. For a venue, a venue name and phone number if you gave them. The offers you took, the codes, the places you follow, and notifications you allowed. A cookie that keeps you signed in.

We do not sell that data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not take card payments here.

Why

• Contract — to run the account you opened and the offer you took.
• Legitimate interests — to keep the site secure and to approve venue accounts.
• Consent — when you follow a place or allow a browser notification. You can stop either one.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• send you a copy of your data;
• correct something that is wrong;
• delete your account;
• limit how we use it, or give you a portable copy;
• stop processing that relies on legitimate interests.

Email will@hawkesmail.com. We may need to confirm it is you. We aim to answer within one month.

If you are not happy

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Please write to us first so we can try to put it right.

Cookies

The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in. There is no advertising cookie and no tracking across other websites. Blocking it means you will have to sign in again, or not at all.
